Cleanse FAQ
Answers to the questions we hear most about our juice cleanses.
Which cleanse should I do?
Easy Livin' is our beginner cleanse, with great-tasting, easy-to-drink juices. Whole Lotta Love is intermediate, for people who have juiced before and want a deeper cleanse. Green Is the Colour is advanced: almost all green, very alkalizing, for maximum results.
How long should I cleanse?
A one-day cleanse is a good way to try it. Three days gives your digestion a real rest. Five days goes further, and seven days is a full reset. If you are new to cleansing, start with one or three days.
What order should I drink my juices in?
Any order you like. We suggest not drinking a green juice late in the evening since greens tend to give you energy. Almond milk is a good one for night: it is soothing and has a little fat, so you go to bed feeling full.
Can I eat during a cleanse?
Yes, as long as you keep it raw and clean. Carrot and celery sticks, a small salad with lemon or lime (no oil), half an apple or avocado, or veggie broth are all fine.
Should I spread the juices out?
Yes. Drink one about every one to two hours, slowly. Shake it, and "chew" it a little to get your digestion going.
Can I build my own cleanse?
Yes. Custom cleanses are priced by the bottle. Call us at 817-885-7775 to set one up.
How long do the juices last?
Our juice is raw and unpasteurized, so it is best within a few days of pressing. Keep it cold and check the date on each bottle. Plan to start your cleanse within a day or two of pickup.
I'm pregnant or nursing. Can I cleanse?
Please talk with your doctor first. Our juices are raw and unpasteurized.
Can I get a refund?
Cleanses and meal plans are made to order, so they are non-refundable.
A juice cleanse is not medical treatment. If you are pregnant or nursing, take prescription medication, or are managing a health condition, talk with your doctor before you start. Our juices are raw and unpasteurized. See our disclaimer.
