our raw juice contains trace amounts of water soluble and non-soluble fiber. this allows the nutrients in the juice to be absorbed in the bloodstream more quickly. when you are on a juice cleanse, your body really needs minimal amounts of fiber because you are replacing it with the water from the juice. if, however, you are supplementing a meal with a juice, or two, throughout the day, you will want to get the fiber you need by eating whole fruits and vegetables.
